HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR QUICK BOOKS USING A VALIDATION CODE

Hi everyone! Do you have quick books installed on your computers but you're worrying because the trial period is about to expire? Well, I have a solution to your problem which will benefit your entire life on using your quick books.

There are several options on how to validate and register your quick books software as follows:

(1) Online registration using your PRODUCT LICENSE NUMBER and PRODUCT CODE and;
(2) Activation through VALIDATION CODE.

USING PRODUCT LICENSE NUMBER AND PRODUCT CODE

Here are the steps on registering using your own license number and product code:

(a) On the CD case of your purchased quick books software, you will see a 15-digit code that represents as product license number. Also, there is a 6-digit code that represents your product code. Each quick books software is designed specifically with a unique license number and product code, so we cannot install a quick books software in your computer if the software you are installing doesn't match with the license number and product code you entered during an installation. Once you are finished installing your quick books, you can change your license number when every time it expires but this is a too time consuming to look for a new license number and product code every after 30 days trial period expire.

(b) Once you're done installing quick books, you can now activate your quick books by registering online. When every time you open your quick books, a small window (like the one presented below) tells you that you still have XX days remaining to use your quick books so you need to register now...

 (c) You need to click the button "Begin Registration" and you will be redirected to a new window "Contacting Intuit" to verify if your quick books is a genuine one. Once verified by Intuit that your software has a correct license number and product code, it will redirect you to a new window to verify your registration as a quick books user.

(d) You need to enter a "User ID" and your preferred "Password" for you to be able to continue signing in to quick books and completely register your software installed on your computer. Click "Sign In" button once you're done!

(e) After clicking the "Sign In" button, quick books will ask for your telephone number and ZIP Code for your additional contact information and as part of the registration process. Click "Continue" button to completely register your quick books.

(f) Now, your quick books has been registered!

What if, you have a quick books software that is not purchased through Intuit or any of its accredited software providers? One solution is registering through validation code. You can get the validation code by calling the Intuit hotline but they will not give you the validation code if the software you have in not a genuine one. Or, even if a genuine quick books you have on your hand, it will take one to three months for them to give you the validation code you need for your software.

But the interesting idea is that, I have a validation code and it really works for all quick books user that are:

(1) Quick Books Enterprise Accountant (all versions - Professional Edition - US, Canada, UK, etc.)
(2) Quick Books Premier (this is a multi-currency QB)
(3) Quick Books Non-Enterprise
(4) Quick Books Asia

USING A VALIDATION CODE

All you need to do is to click "Help" on the upper right tool buttons of your quick books as shown below:

A drop down menu item lists all other possible options to choose. Click "About quick books..." on the lowest portion of the drop down menu.


After clicking "About QuickBooks" option, type CTRL + R + P on your keyboard. A new window "Register QuickBooks Now" tells you to put the validation code you have. Normally, validation code is 6-digit code to activate your quick books software. 

Once you are done for the validation code, click "Next" button. A new window will welcome you congratulating that your QuickBooks is now registered. I successfully finished registering my QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Accountant 13.0 through validation code and I can now use it without the bother of trial period expiration. :)


I intentionally hide the Company details, license number, product code, and the Server IP for confidentiality.

You cannot find the Cartridge that had the license number and assets number to download it towards my new computer.
